These terms govern your use of Rheostat. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organisation, and you confirm that you have the authority to do so. Plain language first; the order form wins where they differ.
Using Rheostat
You may use the service for any lawful purpose, within the limits of your plan. You are responsible for the accounts in your workspace and for the changes they make.
Your data
You own your data. We process it only to run the service, keep it in the region you choose, and delete it within 30 days of the end of your contract.
Availability
Paid plans include the uptime commitment in your order form. Credits are the sole remedy for missing it, and we publish every incident on the status page.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rheostat to disrupt other customers, probe our infrastructure without written permission, or send data you have no right to process.
Changes to these terms
We give 30 days’ notice by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
