- What counts as an evaluation?
- One SDK call that returns a flag value. Cached reads on the client are free.
- Can I change plans mid-month?
- Yes. Upgrades are prorated to the day; downgrades apply at the next cycle.
- Do you charge for failed requests?
- No. Errors and timeouts are never billed.
- Is there a startup discount?
- Companies under two years old get Team at 50% for the first year.
- What happens at my hard cap?
- Flags keep serving their last value. New rollouts pause until you raise the cap.
- Can I pay by invoice?
- Enterprise plans can pay by invoice in USD, EUR or GBP.
